PC production line is classified into desktop line and notebook line. Desktop line generally adopts differential chain with pallet for conveyance. Its front sect assembly is single line mode while rough inspection is three compound lines. For aging, it adopts the inspection mode of one mainframe with one display or one dispaly with multi mainframe.Generally aging system has two modes:a Auot mode b Manual push mode
The former has the characteristics of high cost and high degree of automatization, while the latter has low cost and flexible production. Back sect adopts compound-line inspection mode. Packing line is normally equipped with encasing machine, but no lacing machine. Front sect assembly of notebook is single and direct flow. Its aging system adopts circularly electriferous trolley mode. Back sect debugging and packing is also single line and direct flow.
