TV Production Line
According to TV's product characteristics, TV line can be classified into CRT-TV line and LCD-TV line. Their main bodies are almost the same which all adopt the operation mode of differential chain with pallet for conveyance. Due to CRT-TV's large size and heavy weight, CRT-TV line is normally equipped with special machine for CRT entering line, CRT entering front cover, CRT 90 degrees turn machine and CRT vacuum suction conveyer, etc. In contrast, LCD-TV has a characteristic of light weight but high surface requirement, thus its line normally doesn't need to be equipped with the above special machines. However, its basic operation flow still consists of assembly, aging, debugging and packing.
