Air-conditioner Production Line

 Air-conditioner line mainly has cabinet unit line, hanging unit line, commercial unit line and central unit line. Among them, cabinet unit and hanging line normally adopt full-automatic, and the others adopt semi-automatic or hand push line.

Furthermore, cabinet unit and hanging unit are classified into indoor unit line and outdoor unit line. Generally, it adopts hanging line for material conveyance. Indoor unit line normally adopts pallet mode, using differential chain line, chain-plate line and roller line. It contains the following items: assembly sect, electricity performance test sect and packing sect. Outdoor unit line also adopts pallet mode, using chain-plate line and roller line. It contains the following items:

Vacuum pumping line and inspection line both adopt trolley line mode, and watch with inspection room and rework line.
